Very last flight of a Boeing 720 - EVER!!!

Of the 154 Boeing 720’s manufactured, the sole survivor of the fleet made its last flight on September 29th.

C-FETB its operational service life came to an end on Wednesday, September 29, 2010 when Pratt and Whitney Canada’s engine test bed, landed at it’s St. Hubert (Montreal area) Quebec base.

C-FETB first flew on January 14th 1961, served with American Airlines, followed by MEA - Middle East Airlines of Lebanon, and finally arrived in January 1986 with Pratt and Whitney Corporation of Canada.

UPDATE:

THIS AIRPLANE TOOK OFF TODAY FOR HIS REAL LAST FLIGHT TO TRENTON , HE WILL BE AT THE CANADIAN AIR FORCE MUSEUM.

LAST TIME IT WAS LAST OPERATIONAL FLIGHT. THIS TIME WE WILL REALLY MISS A GOOD GUY.
