Using wifi in Orange Flight feeder

How can I use wifi for Orange Flight feeder.

in some topic i read in usb we should provide wifi details.
what is the format and file i should provide wifi details.

can anyone please provide me then details.

how to activate wifi

  1. disconnect the LAN cable.

  2. Go to Netword tab, WIFI option (DHCP) and give the button “Turn on” to turn the wifi.

  3. Go to the SYSTEM tab option Networt Setup → Wireless Settings, you must enter there;
    3.1 SSID Name: must place exactly the name of your router.
    3.2 Wirelles Password: Password of your router.

  4. Back to the NETWORK tab, WIFI option (DHCP) and give the button Reset Network

This worked for me after one more step…

I had to plug in the LAN cable back in - wait for a network reconnect and then unplug the LAN - wifi started working.

Where can I get one of this orange boxes with build in display?

That is a FlightFeeder Orange. They are provided by FlightAware to improve coverage in areas that have poor coverage.

You can build yourself something similar from a Pi, a Prostick, and a touchscreen; the Orange uses this one IIRC: http://www.waveshare.com/wiki/3.2inch_RPi_LCD_(B)
The case was originally 3d-printed (and is now injection moulded I think)
