user groups or forums

hi

How can we start a furum or user groups for Aviation enthusiets to ask questions on Spotting worldwide . there is a big listing already available
on Groups worldwide but a forum here would answer some questions possibly quicker than joining a list. i know there is a time gap but we can
handle that as ALEXIS is in canada and myself in UK (GMT) WE KNOW
Each other and am sure we could with others as well make a good Spotters forum.

Airliners.net is a huge forum for spotters.

Thats not what i asked is it ? its Somthing i already knew . there are questions on here from Spotters but if you feel its an aircrew questions site and not really aimed at spotters well fair enough i just think you can answer quicker on here rather than search out people you then keep an
interest in this site ALL Aviation not just Aircrew . never mind forget it
altogether .
