1/2 mi from the field…wonder if he was too low for the BRS.
Does anyone have the WX conditions there at the time?
It was an ‘air taxi’ operation so you’d think that it was a more seasoned pilot than a ‘hey lets go get a nice fast airplane with my 40 hr private and over abundance of cash and load it to the gills and fly it fast and hard’ so maybe a low mins approach or something?
