It is genuinely something I have been dreaming of for a long time - software that can search out airport traffic, search for airborne traffic and (the best part) filter-searches for aircraft-type.

Now when Im in FS geek-mode I can fly real routes using the same equip used in real life…and Im sure I speak for the millions of users around the world who feel the same.

When you’re at the virtual hotel on the overnight, another fun thing to do with FA is go to liveatc.net and stream the ATC feeds and watch the “radar” screens for the area you wish, Timewise they seem to be relatively close most of the time.
