It’s a flightfeeder, not a piaware system; each FF has a unique serial number.

Hi,
We are working on fixing this issue for you.
A case has been assigned on your behalf (Case #51377). Someone will reach out to you shortly.
Your patience is appreciated.
Best regards,
Paul
We found the bug on the server side that prevented a few FlightFeeders from connecting. Boxes without a serial should now be able to connect and get their serial numbers.
The fix should be live in a few hours.
