Running Piaware successfully from home location.
As very portable took it to another location recently just to demonstrate.
Are there any pros and cons to changing the location (or not) in the configuration.
Appreciate the map location centres on set location but I was thinking more from the data point of view.

I think necessary to disable MLAT
You need to have the location set to the current location of the receiver for mlat to work correctly.
The polar plot is calculated relative to the receiver location at the time the data is processed.
Thank you for replies, didn’t even think of mlat.
Might take it from UK to US later in the year for a period so will bear that in mind.
