Skyaware, Planes outlined in blue

I’m seeing some planes outlined in Blue. I’ve not seen this before and searching the forums I couldn’t find an answer. I saw some reference to planes inbound or outbound to my home airports would be blue but this doesn’t seem to be the case as not all of the inbound planes are blue.

Can anyone tell me why some planes are outlined in blue while most are outlined in black?

That’s because they’re being tracked over MLAT if i remember correctly
