We are exploring the use of your flight tracking APIs in a commercial product we are producing for business users. Your service seems to provide most of the content we require but we have a couple of questions which we would welcome your comments before we proceed.
a) We have reviewed your service but not completely sure whether you provide gate departure details in the flight information. We think not as we believe you also do not provide Gate arrival/departure times but can you confirm? We are looking initially at London airports, in particular London City but will extend to the other London locations and if successful will extend to other main airports in Europe and US.
b) Do you have an evaluation service whereby we can check the reliability and accuracy of the service with a limited number of transactions?
