FlightFeeders are owned and managed by FlightAware directly so you should contact them direcly for support issues and questions via their website’s Contact page found in their Company menu on the site.
FlightFeeders aren’t remotely rebootable by users, but staff can do that if needed. What’s the problem you’re running into that requires a reboot?
