Receiving INCORRECT ALERTS - Help?

Hello -

I work for an aircraft mgt company. We use Flight Aware to track our aircraft and have noticed an increase in errors when it comes to aircraft take off and landing alerts. For example we currently have an aircraft sitting on the ground at KBCT. We received an alert that the aircraft had taken off while I was on the phone with the pilot who was sitting in the FBO, so I know for a fact that it is still on the ground.

This is not the first time something like this has occured, is there something that I can to do prevent this in the future?

I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing errors with your flight alerts. I see that you currently have multiple alerts set up. I will email you directly so that we can go over each alert to determine the cause of these issues.
