What US airways planes have PTVs (personel TVs)?
330-200 and -300 have it in all classes
767-200s and etops 757-200s have it in envoy but not coach.
They had a trial with it one domestic aircraft (A320) but it would cost too much in the end they decided. 
The kind that never seem to be operational.
