Poor MLAT in the UK today??

Clear skies and very busy here in the UK today (15 March) and at times today on both of my receivers (8 miles apart) down to 1 or 2 MLAT aircraft showing. Normally we would have 30-40 MLAT contacts during daylight hours. Is the system struggling because it is overloaded? I have noticed the MLAT coverage has slowly got worse here recently, not as good as it was 6 months ago

I have restarted PiAware on both units, but MLAT results are still poor and very intermittent and no signs of overheating

I hope this can be rectified soon

I have some mlat maintenance planned for later this week, will have a look at load at the same time.

MLAT looks ok here in Nottingham today - better than yesterday, in fact best MLAT data from the last week.
