Piaware-status tells me everything is Ok, still no planes found

I live close to LEBL. Normally i get pretty decent amount of planes on the map. However, many times after rebooting my Pi, i get no planes anymore. piaware-status tells me all is okey-dokey.

pi@piaware:~ $ piaware-status
PiAware master process (piaware) is running with pid 371.
PiAware ADS-B client (faup1090) is running with pid 618.
PiAware mlat client (fa-mlat-client) is running with pid 692.
Local ADS-B receiver (dump1090-fa) is running with pid 365.

dump1090-fa (pid 365) is listening for connections on port 30005.
faup1090 is connected to the ADS-B receiver.
piaware is connected to FlightAware.

dump1090 is producing data on localhost:30005.

Your feeder ID is 9edblabla8-a567-4061-98f4-c2ablablablabla (from /var/cache/piaware/feeder_id)

How to troubleshoot?

You need to look at the log files with the following commands.
In this order for kernel logs, system logs , and the piaware logs:

cat /var/log/syslog
cat /var/log/piaware.log

Log messages have timestamps events. Looks for events that looks like something is resetting or restarting.

check your cabling / antenna / connections for physical damage and water ingress.

sounds like no connection or a short on the input if everything else is doing what it is supposed to.
