PiAware Receiver linked but no stats

On the claim page I see:

  1. Site 88159 - 0056fca2-fb8e-4aff-9bff-673298efd574: PiAware (Debian Package Add-on) 3.6 claimed just now! ( / )

But on the stats page I see: “No Such ADS-B Site”

Logs on the device show regular messages like:
“8196 msgs recv’d from dump1090-fa (152 in last 5m); 8154 msgs sent to FlightAware”

So the device thinks everything is okay, and Flightaware has both linked, and not linked, the feeder. It’s been running for a day now with nothing changing on the Flightaware end.

Is this the right place to get this sorted?

Never mind should have read to the end.

So you claimed it a day ago?
If you only claimed it 5 minutes ago give it 30 minutes.
