I have been a Flight Aware ADS-B feeder for 14 years. During that time, I have had a desktop icon giving me quick access to see a map of ADS-B equipped flights in my receiver’s area of coverage. I recently upgraded my pc to Windows 11. I find that now the icon doesn’t work. I will appreciate help with the steps needed to create a new icon on my desktop to automate access to my receiver’s area of coverage.
A few questions:
What browser are you using ?
Internet explorer, Chrome, Firefox ?
When logged into your statistics page you can open the local view.
Once that page is loaded in your browser you can then create a shortcut (procedure depends on the browser) and place it on your desktop.
I am using Google Chrome. I am not sure what you mean by, “your statistics page”. The only thing I see is a FlightAware ADS-B statics page. On that page, I don’t find any option for, “local view”.
