New FlightFeeder not connecting to FlightAware

Hi

Newly installed FlightFeeder won’t connect to FlightAware.

Tried emailing flightfeeder@flightaware.com with no response so far.

Ports on corporate hardware & firewall have been configured as per stated here on the forum.

Any suggestions?

I can’t find an email from your FlightAware account address or anything else to trace one from you.

I’ve asked the Technical Support team to take a look at your FlightFeeder account to see if they can spot any issues.
