My ADS-B Receiver Statistics Not Showing

I have a FlightAware Pro USB stick associated with my account, but no My ADS-B tab for my account The piaware.out file shows messages being sent:

04/23/2016 00:27:02 3879 msgs recv’d from dump1090 (445 in last 5m); 3769 msgs sent to FlightAware
04/23/2016 00:32:02 4356 msgs recv’d from dump1090 (477 in last 5m); 4246 msgs sent to FlightAware

Looking for statistics for my account shows no ADB-B receivers linked. However, if I use the auto-detect feature, it does show my FlightAware USB stick is associated with my account. Additionally, I can see lots of flights going by using the dump1090 web server running on my Pi.

I am not sure what to do at this point to see the My ADS-B tab. Suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I contacted customer service with this issue and the issue was resolved. I have no further information.
