Missing flights - Southend

I’m using FlightXML3 to retrieve schedules and real-time flight data for Southend Airport.

Can anyone explain why a flight would be scheduled but no real-time data exists for it?

The schedule says it should take off 09:28 GMT today (22/11/2017) but at 12:00 GMT (and all morning), the live feed doesn’t contain that flight but it does contain flights before and after that time.

There were some data translation errors occurring for that particular airline, however we’ve made some changes and you should start to see improvements by next week.
