Mis-identified AC; FA shows Eclipse 550 as EPIC/T

Going to stick my toe in the water for the first time here.
We have a fairly frequent visitor, an Eclipse 550, N50EJ, and FA shows it to be an Epic Aircraft LT (single-turboprop) (EPIC/A). I also noticed that Landings.com isn’t showing Manufacturer/Model now; N/A instead.
Sure would like to know where he goes on the way out because his trips are filed inbound to KO89 and I can’t see a small bizjet going VFR out of here at 2305 local like he did last Friday (4/17) and not picking up at least flight following from ATC on climb out.

Looks like someone filed or entered the wrong aircraft type for that flight plan. It’ll correct itself on the flight tracking page as soon as someone files with the right code.

Eclipse 500 actually, but a very nice airplane.

This is usually the result of someone (flight plan filer, controller) making a mistake in the tail number, but I can’t find any Epic LTs with similar tail numbers so it may be confusion about aircraft type codes.

Thanks, folks. That picture of N50EJ was taken at Buchanan Field, Concord, CA, its home field. It is a neat little bird and it would be sad if their financial difficulties let it get away. 2000 orders in hand and can’t build it. Ouch!
