I track about 3-4 flights per week. Today I entered my e-mail and got this message… “This user has reached the limit on the number of alerts and cannot receive more”

Check if your radar are still working or for some reason they are stopped

I’ll explain my detail further. My wife travels about 4 times per month, and I like to track the plane.

I enter my email address to be notified of the flights activity, and that is when I get the message…“This user has reached the limit on the number of alerts and cannot receive more”

I think I had hit the limit of “Flight Alerts (e-mail, mobile, etc.)” mentioned on this page:
flightaware.com/commercial/premium/
I had just set up to receive alerts on a flight via my app, and also to four email addresses.

Are the actual limits documented anywhere? Is it a lifetime hard limit or a no-more-than-X-per-some-time-period?
If you follow the link above, you’ll see all accounts above Basic have ‘unlimited Flight Alerts’.
