A little help please.

When using flight aware to track a commercial flight, the details of the flight show up on the right side, but the map that should be showing the position of the airplane remains a solid blue.

Using Interenet Explorer 11.0

My guess is it’s something to do with the settings, but I have no idae where to start.

Have you tried a different browser? Mozilla firefox? Chrome? What is the airline and flight number please?

Works ok with Chrome.

I was tracking AAL1077 on Friday Dec 19.
