Log in location not correct

When I check my session activity it shows me in a different location than where I actually am located.

Example: Logging in from home Los Angeles but it shows that my location is in Miami.
(This is just an example)
Any way to check that I have not been hacked.
I changed my password and have 2F enabled but it still shows me in a different location.

Mine is mainly empty (i am located in Germany)

There is one in Spartanburg is my company where the Internet Entry Point is in the US

Are you using a VPN connect or something similar?
