Hello,
I am french and I had an issue on 08/04 with the flight LH1099 arrived in Toulouse with 1H24mns late;
so we missed our next flight in Frankfurt and we arrived in Penang with 19H00 late.
Is it possible to know the real reason of the delay, cause Lufthansa doesn’t want to compensate with the reason of restriction of space area.

(I’m not sure how far back their history goes)
