One of the agents was busted for counterfeiting and selling fake employee parking passes, and at his home the police found a videotape with several of the TSA agents doing drugs:

That is the most generic, non-specific story I’ve ever read - only created to (once again) put fear into the minds of the flying general public. What drugs? They keep mentioning “using drugs”, but what kind of drugs? Baby aspirin? Caffeine is a drug - were they drinking Coca-Cola? Smoking cigarettes? If the article said, “the TSA agents were caught on video smoking crack, snorting cocaine and one made a reference to being under the influence of LSD”, then I might would be alarmed, but just saying “using drugs” is so non-descript, it leads me to believe that if they named the “drugs” they were using, this would be a non-event. Propaganda I say.
TSA sources say the tape was turned over to investigators. Each employee identifired was ordered to take a drug test. TSA won’t say how many, but each one who failed was fired.
I’m pretty sure it wasn’t Caffeine…
