Would appreciate any info on the two people(I believe one female,one male) with the Teterboro tower that were involved in this incident.
Are their actions under investigation?
Or have they been cleared of any connection to the crash?

To answer your question, the controllers in question appear to be a victim of a blood thirsty media, and a rotten relationship between management and union. Hopefully that helps to answer your inquiry.
