How to read what's going on...

Is there a table of content that helps with reading what the Numbers and letters mean with the flights? I’m puzzled with the “^” and “v”. Also the different colors, some aircraft are light green and some are light blue. Also the Square Blocks usually blue. Thanks…

The format is

Ident
Type
Altitude Groundspeed

where altitude is in hundreds of feet and groundspeed is in knots. The ^ or v indicates climbing or descending.
As the bottom of the big map says, flights in blue are to/from the airport and flights in green are in the vicinity.
The square indicates the most recent position (so you can tell which way the track is going).
