How many American Airlines planes are there left that have the old livery do they plan on keeping a few with the original llivery or will they change all of them?

Which old livery? They have roughly 6 - 10 different heritage liveries in service.

Sorry I was not clear I meant the all silver livery with the red white and blue stripes along the Windows with the AA eagle logo
