Hi all!!
I’m in the midst of filing a complaint against lufthansa for events at VCE airport that took place on February 11th, 2013.
I had 2 cancelled flights in that day and was stranded in the airport for 36 hours.
Lufthansa claim “extreme circumstances” due to light snow.
I am claiming that 3 hours after our scheduled departure there were a number of flights taking off.
I am trying to retrieve some historical data on scheduled and actual departure times on that day at VCE airport.
Anyone know how to do that
