FlightXML3 auto-upgrade account question

The phrasing for the “Upgrade my account automatically to the next billing tier” option when you configure a plan is confusing. Will you be auto-upgraded if you hit the requests and response ceiling OR if you exceed the query per minute rate? Or is it just the total request and response ceiling that triggers an auto-upgrade?

Also, does the “$0.0015 per add’l query” statement in the Platinum plan mean you can exceed the query per minute rate? Or is that referring to the requests and responses cap, and there is no way to exceed 600 queries per minute?


The query rate cap does not increase in any scenario beyond the top tier or 600/min currently.

The auto-upgrade will happen if you exceed the monthly query limit. Trying to exceed the query rate limit will not trigger an auto-upgrade.
