I am currently using a Flightaware orange box to provide data to the Flightaware system. Is it possible to read the ADSB data from the unit in real-time in like DUMP1090 does when running on a SDR receiver?

Yes, the FlightFeeder provides raw data on TCP port 30005 in Beast binary format.
You will need a separate device to consume this data.
