After upgrading to Ubuntu 22.04 Jammy Jellyfish on my Raspberry Pi 4b, Piaware stopped working and will not reinstall. It keeps telling my that there are unmet dependencies that cannot be installed. Is anyone else having the same issue and is there a fix?

Yes, I had same issue, both on RPi 4B and my AMD64 PC
I am right now in process of compiling piaware & dump1090-fa and dump978-fa packages on my RPi 4B with “ubuntu-22.04-preinstalled-server-arm64+raspi.img”.
I have already compiled piaware, dump1090-fa and dump978-fa for AMD64 (PC) running “ubuntu-22.04-desktop-amd64.iso”
I will upload these packages to my PPA (Personal package Archieve) on Github, as soon as I finish. You can install it from there by commands
sudo apt install piaware
sudo apt install dump1090-fa
sudo apt install piaware-web
sudo apt install dump978-fa
