I can’t get the Terminal Procedures for Lihue, Kauai, Hawaii (LIH/PHLI) from FlightAware’s website. Kahului (OGG/PHOG), Kona Int’l At Keahole (KOA/PHKO), Waimea Kohala (MUE/PHMU), Molokai (MKK/PHMK), and Lanai (LNY/PHNY) have the same problem. Also, the FAA identifiers for most Hawaiian airports are messed up. Subtracting “P”, as you know, doesn’t give the FAA identifier like those beginning with “K”. FlightAware (the website) seems to think the subtraction principle carries over.
