A friend showed me this article that claims FlightAware got rid of their 5 minute delay in data feed several months ago. However, this does not appear to be true. I can easily compare real-time movements by looking out my window. And the positions of aircraft are easily still 5 minutes behind real time. Anyone with more info on this?
