Flight XML is not working.

Hello Support,

We are trying to access the airline API and we are getting the error message that “Error while retrieving the information”.

It’s been not working for almost a month now. Added i have charged for API services.

Can you please take a look and see why API is not working and why i am getting charged for this month.

Can you please include some details of the specific requests that are failing (including full arguments) and the full literal error message or stacktrace that is returned so that we can diagnose?
