I have noticed that flight that landed 5 weeks ago has not been tracking since and I know the flight has flown many more cities since then. Does anyone know why it has not tracked in 5 weeks?

United airlines flight 9907. It last tracked on the site from phoenix to Los angeles, but has not tracked since on the site.
UAL9907 is/was a maintenance flight, not a regularly scheduled flight.
In general airline flight numbers in the 8000-9000s are charter, maintenance, test, promotional, disaster, or other one-off flights and unlikely to occur regularly.
OK thanks. yeah the flight is the flight of the chicago cubs and they were tracking until about 5 weeks ago, then it just stopped tracking. Thanks.
