Feeding data to FR24 using dump1090-fa

@fk9
Only –net is needed to feed data to other feeders.

The argument –net-http-port 8080 is required to view map in browser at ip-of-pi:8080.

In the latest version of FR24 feeder, dump1090-mutability v1.14 is installed by default if setting Receiver = DVBT is chosen. By default it shows map on ip-of-pi/dump1090/gmap.html even without setting –net-http-port 8080.

@abcd567
Maybe but this works for me.
The current fr24 feeder is causing problems with my pihole so I installed the previous version and I had this issue with piaware. With this command everything works fine and Port 30005 ist working.

I have no issues here between dump1090-fs and standard installation of fr24.
receiver=“beast-tcp”
host=“127.0.0.1:30005”

This is what their autoconfig will create:

receiver=“avr-tcp”
host=“127.0.0.1:30002”

This is what will really work with PiAware setup

receiver=“beast-tcp”
host=“127.0.0.1:30005”

That is what my setting are.

  1. The 127.0.0.21 you posted is a typo,
    The auto config sets the last part of IP to .1, and not .21

  2. This is a known issue, both at Flightradar24 and at Flightaware as well since last one years.

However this problem does not occur always, nor with everybody. Its occurance is random, and developers at Flightradar24 have not yet resolved it.
