Error ID: 665153 being encountered as of 5:54 p.m central time. for flight planning.
Unable to find a valid cruise altitude within the limitations of what you specified in the form, available performance data, and elevation of origin/destination.
What were you trying?
Entered 20 and 70 as lower and higher flight level limits.
What was the origin/destination and aircraft cruise profile? PM me if you don’t want to say in public.
No problemo in public so others can learn from most likely “user error” on my part
Below image were my input values.
Tried just before posting and error ID is now 0 rather then 665153
Mark,
Hadn’t heard anything so I tried again, deleted my cruise profile and set it higher then my proposed flight plan just in case that was causing a problem. (both were equal to 7000 so I changed my cruise profile to 8000)
Error code returned 670765
I picked a public aircraft profile and it worked so it has to be something wrong in my setup?
We don’t really understand the root cause of either of the errors you’ve managed to produce; they just shouldn’t happen.
Can you email or fax in a copy of your POH performance data and we’ll be happy to enter it all in for you? I think the root of the error may be related to your single point performance data.
aka…“DAMNIT ALLEN! QUIT BREAKING STUFF!!”
Sure can Mark. I will swing by the airport the end of this week and grab the POH.
Too funny! And here I thought my middle name was trouble?

Hey lieberma, I received your email with the POH pages. I will pass them on to Mark and we will compare them to the stats in the system and make any adjustments as necessary.

Thanks Joel!
Next IFR flight I intend to file via FA.
BTW, very appreciative of the “instant” notification that my query was received by the staff.
I just found your POH photos on my desk. I’ll get someone to enter them this week.

Thanks Mark,
I won’t be flying this weekend since I will be on an SWA flight to Baltimore (I hope as Jury duty calls for my showing this morning!) for a quick visit up there.
I hope to be back in my flying ways next week, though staring out the window and seeing 600 foot ceilings this morning driving me nuts.
I got an email with regards to the new generation flight so I figure to poke in and try and I still cannot get past page one.
I get
Unable to find a valid cruise altitude within the limitations of what you specified in the form, available performance data, and elevation of origin/destination
Thoughts most appreciated. Table shows valid for my performance under aircraft performance entries.
Not sure if browser flavor matters but MSIE 7.0 is what I am using this moment.
Your performance data is still the issue; it needs a range to interpolate over. And now I’ve lost your POH. Can you fax it over again?

Hey Mark,
Images resent to performance@ you know the rest…
Mark,
Just want to verify images were received? I don’t remember getting a confirmation mail like I did in the past acknowledging receipt?
