Little more then just a lot of rain. Freezing rain and airplanes generally don’t mix too well.

…good point didn’t think about a freezing rain i forget i just assumed it was rain
ain’t the ERJ certified for flight into known icing?
The issue is landing - not the flying part. Kinda hard to slow down AND maintain directional control if the runway braking is nil -
