Hi folks,
why does Flightaware show DAL79 not only from EDDT (Berlin-Tegel) to KJFK and from KFJK to KLAX, but also from the unlisted EDBT to KJFK?
EDBT could be decoded as E=Northern Europe, D=Germany/civil, B=Berlin, T=Tegel, but it is not the correct one.

P.S. I checked today’s flight DAL79, since it took off over my house 9 hours delayed, probably due to other DAL incidents in these days… 8^(
Updated: Ok, it NWA253 with Delta livery.
I think this has been resolved upstream of us; I don’t see a plan from EDBT today.

Nothing happened so far. EDBT is still in the system. 
We should try to find the route cause…

I’m surprised the FAA hasn’t replied to this issue yet.
The FAA has a list of airport codes they make changes to. It tends to fall out of date. Either they need to translate some other code to EDDT instead of EDBT or they need to translate EDBT to EDDT.
