Dump1090 läuft nicht

Hallo,

ich bekomme Dump nicht zum laufen :frowning:

May 24 19:54:09 FlightAware systemd[1]: dump1090-fa.service: Failed with result ‘exit-code’.

May 24 19:54:40 FlightAware systemd[1]: Started dump1090 ADS-B receiver (FlightAware customization).
May 24 19:54:40 FlightAware dump1090-fa[958]: Sat May 24 19:54:40 2025 CEST dump1090-fa 10.0.1~bpo11+1 starting up.
May 24 19:54:40 FlightAware dump1090-fa[958]: rtlsdr: no supported devices found.

dump1090-fa findet Deinen Stick nicht. Siehe die letzte Zeile:

rtlsdr: no supported devices found.

So the stick works, and the power supply is 5V/3A.

Is there a step-by-step guide including links?

73, JustFun

Links

73, JustFun

How did you determine that? What’s the output of lsusb?

Did you try a different USB port?

PiAware - Claim and Link a Brand New PiAware Ground Station
Unfortunately, FlightAware hasn’t found a new, unclaimed PiAware feeder to claim.

FlightAware searches for PiAware connections on the same global IP (77.2.228.97 or 2a02:3100:9d2d:f600:c83d:bf57:6a1a:8834) as your connection. If you are on the same LAN as the PiAware device, then we should be able to find the receiver and claim it for you.
You should wait a few minutes after plugging in your PiAware device before expecting it to be connected to FlightAware. Try checking cable connections, waiting a few moments, and trying again.

If you are unable to use the automatic claim feature, please contact ADS-B Support.

2Erfolgreich!

You can also find it in the piaware config file in /etc (if using the piaware package and not the piaware image

I can do whatever I want, but somehow I can’t get DMUP1090 to work.
I used *:img during installation.
I followed the instructions 100%… this can’t be happening anymore, it has to work somehow.

I found the FeederID, thank you very much

@foxhunter
DUMP10 runs, but MLAT doesn’t :frowning:

MLAT needs some time to get stable, just be patient. It can take up to 30 minutes.
Also, you have 2 sites now, one active Site 248977 – EDPW and one inactive Site 238801 – EDDM

Make sure you set the location on the active site since your screenshot is showing the inactive site.
If the location isn’t set correctly MLAT won’t work until FA has estimated the position.
