So I did a search as follows today (7/4 @ 7:20 PM ET)
flightaware.com/live/findflight/KATL/SEQU
And one of the flights it found was a connecting flight like so:
flightaware.com/live/flight/ASQ5 … /KATL/KDSM
followed by
flightaware.com/live/flight/DAL6 … /KATL/SEQU
The ASQ5312 flight left ATL and diverted back to ATL. The DAL673 also showed up by itself.
My guess is that for some reason the flight finder found a valid path of KATL → KATL → SEQU and gave that to me as an option… even though I don’t really think that’s what was supposed to happen.
