do anybody know when the airbus 380 will arrive at the airport
It’s not an issue with the runways - it’s an issue with the gates. There is not enough gate space at ORD to accomodate an A380 except for a few gates in Terminal 5. No airlines that operate out of Terminal 5 either have the A380 or have the need to add that much capacity to Chicago. Lufthansa will be using the B748i instead of the A380 for this reason.
