Can't login to my account. Says no account with that email exists

I can’t log in to my account anymore. The site tells me no account with my email exists and it gives me the option to create a new account with that email.

The account does still exist. I can see my feeder stats page and it’s still active. Also, it’s not like I’m trying to login with the wrong email. I have login notification emails dating from as early as this month.

Support so far hasn’t been useful. It took them two weeks to respond to my ticket and their advice was just “We have introduced a new authentication process that simply requires your email to login” which, my issue is the site isn’t recognizing my email at all…

Has anyone else had to deal with anything like this?
