Fancy New iPhone will not let me in

I got a new iPhone 14. When trying to login is get an error suggestion that my account does not exist (see pic). Obviously it does or I could not send this. I have tried logging in with my username and also with my email. For grins, I did do a password reset. I also deleted and reinstalled the FA app. Same result.

Any ideas ?

Normally you log in with your mail address and a password.
I don’t think you can just use your nickname and a password :wink:

Thanks for the reply, but that doesn’t seem to be the issue. I mentioned " I have tried logging in with my username and also with my email" in my original post. I did just double check to make sure, but trying to login with my email gives the exact same login error.

Any other advise on what to do here?
