Big Map

#1

The last two days I have been unable to open the Big Map. Only an ad comes up instead. Has something changed? DY

Which bigmap - a flight, an airport, or another page?

Can you post the contents of flightaware.com/fix?

In the lower right corner of the Flight Tracker page is an icon that is four white arrows pointing out. Clicking on that icon used to expand the radar map to full screen. That doesn’t work for me anymore. DY

Thanks, you’re referring to the flight page.

We need to know what browser you’re using, please post the contents of flightaware.com/fix

I’m not a computer person so bear with me. Browser is Mozilla 4.0, using a laptop in Illinois, can accept cookies, javascript is fine, may be behind a proxy. Now, I don’t know what any of that means. I share this laptop with three other people but they aren’t here now. I hope this information helps. DY

Can you copy and paste exactly what it says on flightaware.com/fix? We need more details than you relayed.

Thanks.

This was an IE6 and 7 issue, fixed last week.
