altitude and speed drop

Chart for http://flightaware.com/live/flight/DAL5495/history/20111222/1425Z/KMEM/KRSW shows a significant speed and altitude drop. How should I interpret this chart?

Looking at the track log I’d chalk it up to two bad positions out of Jacksonville Center.
