All flights dis-appear on my screen

I can only see flights again if I re-boot my puter. This is getting frustrating! And no one can give me an answer. This is my second shout out for help! I can get back on again later and all the flights will be displayed, maybe. Or some sections of the USA map are vacant of aircraft, while other sections are showing aircraft.I delete my browsing history but that don’t help. It didn’t use to do this. Why now? What is happening? Now it’s a crap shoot if it will display or not when I open up flightaware site. I’m out of ideas and the technical dept. here won’t reply either.
