I wanted to be alerted when a certain company was coming to my town.
Then I included an alert with the company name, the airport and checked all the advanced events.
But I get no notification, neither on my phone nor on my email when this company flies here.
I’ve also checked the “Recently delivered alerts” page and there’s no alert shown.
What am I missing?

I too am having many troubles with Alerts.
I was on two flights last week - the only alerts that were delivered was “your plane has landed”. Even the airling gave me 24 hours notice one flight would be delayed.
I setup four alerts at the same time (the two above and two more that haven’t happened yet).
I am no longer able to create an alert on the web page and have it show on the App or push alerts to my phone.
Alerts created on my phone do not show on the web page.
