How about adding the “city & state” of the departure and arrival airports to your email alerts?
Example:
N123XX (C680) departed Tucson Intl (KTUS) Tuscon, AZ at 12:10PM MST enroute to KSUN (Friedman Memorial) Hailey, ID for an estimated arrival at 02:02PM MST
Sometimes it’s obvious given the airport name - but many times (such as KSUN - Friedman Memorial), I have to look it up.
